Shipping + Delivery Thresholds and Policies
If you paid for flat-rate shipping, your order will be sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. You will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation the same or next day you order, sent via email.
If you paid for flat-rate delivery, your order will be delivered to you by 8:00pm the same day if your order was placed before the 1:00pm cut-off. Due to ongoing COVID-19 implications, we will be conducting no-contact delivery. Our delivery driver will place your order outside your door or in a spot near your door that is out of the public view (to prevent package theft), and take a photo for reference (this photo will not be sent to you; this is just for verification purposes). If you live in an apartment or gated townhouse complex, please indicate what time you will be home in the order notes, so that we can ensure you receive your delivery.
If you placed your same-day delivery order after our same-day cut off, it will be delivered the next day before 8:00pm.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your product arrives damaged or defective, or it is apparel. Please view our Refund Policy for more information regarding this.
To start a return for a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please visit our contact page and fill out the form. Please include photos of any damage (required for us to be able to process your return). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
The below listed merchandise are considered final sale, no-return + no-exchange:
- Gift cards
- Bath, body and skincare products
- Reduced and sale
Sometimes things happen, and it doesn't fit right! We offer exchanges and returns on all unworn and still tagged full price apparel, at the shipping cost of the purchaser. You can also bring the unworn apparel to our studio, and we can make it right in person if you do not want to ship it. Our studio is in Port Coquitlam. If you would like to do this, please contact us.
You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com, call our studio at 778.903.4021 and press 2 (phone hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 2:00pm) or fill out our contact form.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All credit card transactions are processed by Shopify Payments and/or Paypal, on behalf of DISCENDO. You should see a charge along the lines of "SP*DISCENDO" on your credit or debit card statement. Any credit card transactions that fail CVV and postal code verification are cancelled automatically. We reserve the right to verify order payment methods with government issued identification (such as a driver's license or passport) if an order has been flagged by the system.
